ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.
For the health, safety, and sanitation of our clients, Celine’s Hair, LLC cannot accept returned hair extensions, wigs, toppers, or other hair products once they have been opened or released to a customer.
Hair products come into close contact with the hair, scalp, and skin. There is a potential risk of exposure to lice, scalp conditions, bacteria, fungi, or other contaminants when hair products are handled outside of our controlled sanitation procedures.
Even if a customer states that the hair was never worn or used, once the original packaging has been opened or the product has left Celine’s Hair, LLC’s possession, we cannot verify how the hair was stored, handled, touched, or exposed to other materials.
Because returned hair could potentially be resold to another customer, accepting and reselling previously opened merchandise could create an unacceptable sanitation and liability risk for our business and our clients.
For this reason, returned or previously opened hair cannot be placed back into our inventory for resale, and all sales are considered final once the product has been purchased and/or released to the customer.
Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect and confirm their:
before completing their purchase.
Once a deposit is sent for install and hair included in a package deal there is no refund because the deposit was used to pre-order and customize the hair.
The deposit is only to hold the appointment and get hair prep started.
Custom-colored, custom-length, special-order, or specially sourced hair is non-refundable and non-returnable because the product may have been specifically selected, prepared, or obtained for that individual customer.
Installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed. Customers are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by Celine’s Hair, LLC.
If a customer believes there is a legitimate issue with an installation, the customer should contact Celine’s Hair, LLC promptly so the concern can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing hair or hair-extension products from Celine’s Hair, LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review the hair selection and understands that opened or released hair products cannot be returned for resale because of sanitation and client-safety concerns.
